Hi folks
Thanks for the responses to my mail yesterday. My situation is now this:
I have a simple PHP script that just tries to send mail to myself.
I have installed PHP 4.02 on both a Windows NT machine AND our new Windows
2000 server.
The php.ini file is the same on both machines.
The SMTP line refers to our smtp server which resides on a UNIX box.
The script works on NT4 but not on W2K.
The error I get is just 'Unknown error in <b>E:\new_email.php</b> on line <b>31</b><br>'
where line 31 contains the mail function call.
Is anyone else working ok with this on W2K?
If so, maybe there's something I need to configure for W2K that I have overlooked?
In either case, any help will be greatly appreciated!
Lee
