Hi,
three hints, but I don't know if they solve your problem:
* if you are using a local mail server, be sure to go online ;-)
* use single quotes around the email address
* provide mail() with a forth parameter, an empty string
You don't need a dll for mail support.

Hi
I am trying to use the mail function in PHP 4.0.2.
I have set the correct SMTP address in php.ini.
My code just has:
mail("user@domain", "Subject", "Message");
and I get the error:
Unknown error in <b>E:\new_email.php</b> on line <b>31</b><br>
Can anyone offer any suggestions please?
Is there a DLL that I need?
