1) Download Apache for Win32 from www.apache.org
2) Download PHP4.0.2 from www.php4win.de (includes Apache Server
module - for tighter apache/php integration)
3) Install apache first and then php4.
4) Make the necessary tweaks to your apache httpd.conf file for php4

installation of php4.0.2
5) stop/restart apache & start testing/programming/enjoying.
Of course, that's an abbreviated version of a pretty intense process
