Hey, we're working on it... but I PERSONALLY haven't tried hooking
this up under IIS yet, and we haven't seen all the issues. Most of
the stuff should be similar, just the apache-specific stuff might be
different. Again, if anyone has had particular experience hooking up
the oci8 extension under IIS, let me know and we'll work that in.
