PHP4, apache, oracle on win32 not working

I'm trying to run PHP4 on Win32 with apache and Oracle 8i.
Everythings working fine with php3, but with php4 I'm always getting
"Call to undefined function: ocilogon()"
The thing I'm missing is the php_oci8.dll.
Anybody there who successfully runs PHP4 with Oracle on Win32 who could help
me with this?
