I would seriously go and have a good long read of the
documents again. Placing an exectuable in your scripts
directory would be an extremely bad move.
Follow the instructions step by step and it should
work. I've had no probs every time I installed it.
Just one thing after you have done the registry thing
REBOOT your machine.
