Session problems (Apache+PHP4+Win2000)

Hi All,
The problem is:
1) At the first page I'm setting value and register the session variable
(session_register("My_Var"))
2) Passing the session id (SID) to the second page
3) When I'm trying to read $My_Var on the second page - is empty (should
keep the value from the first page).
Sessions are hendled by files, the session file is created on desired path,
but empty.
I hope someone can help me about.
