Hello Daniel,
I've got the same prob. some time ago, but it was only because I've used
MS-SQL 70, and haven't installed the Ntwdblib.dll which is the client DLL of
M$, but is not installed automatically if you run the client-setup.
So if you use any other M$-Server, check if you have installed all the
necessary client-dlls.
