The "official" binary compiled release of php4 from www.php.net DOES NOT include the extensions you are trying to load. You will need to download & install php4.0.3 from www.php4win.de to get a robust set of extensions, including those you are looking for. NOTE: you must install this full version of php4.0.3, and not simply unzip and copy the extension dlls into your existing extension directory. PHP extensions and executables are compiled to MATCH each other, so compiled extensions that don't match the current PHP.EXE and PHP4TS.DLL won't load.
