In addition to everything stated by others on the list, note that you have
your "ScriptAlias" set to /php4/, and you then reference this alias as /php/
in your Action line.
They should both be set to the same ScriptAlias...
ScriptAlias /php4/ "c:/php/"
...
Action application/x-httpd-php /php4/php.exe
For reference, the ScriptAlias statement is in basically an Apache script
shortcut... let's say you have a LONG directory pathname ("c:/program
files/apache group/apache/conf" for instance) which you don't want to keep
retyping in your script wherever it is referenced. Then you can create a
ScriptAlias for this directory ("/apacheconf/" lets say for our example
above) and then uses this directory alias anywhere in your conf script (or
other apache scripts) and save yourself a lot of typing and headache. Also,
if you change your directory structure (where things are installed) then you
only have to change the ScriptAlias line and not the entire file :)
Make sense?
