Does your response after doing the insert contain a LARGE amount of data
formatted in a table? I have a feeling that this is NOT the insert which
takes longer (as that's server-side), but the display of the resulting page
(if it contains a large table with alot of link tags). A long page with big
tables will ALWAYS take longer in Netscape... This is just a matter of how
Netscape displays HTML vs. IE. Netscape 1) waits for all table contents to
download BEFORE displaying any information and 2) does some extra processing
for hyperlinks within displayed document, which IE does not do.
