I followed the tutorial on how to install php on apache (on windows) and now
when I approach a file like this: http://localhost/moo.php it automatically
goes to http://localhost/php4/php.exe/moo.php .
good!
This doesn't really matter to me because it works just fine but I know this
is not normal.
yes, it is...it's the translated path of the actual action (ScriptAlias + Action). The fact that it works just fine is a _good_ thing. You are seeing expected behavior.
