PHP on Apache

Hi, I followed the tutorial on how to install php on apache (on windows) and now when I approach a file like this: http://localhost/moo.php it automatically goes to http://localhost/php4/php.exe/moo.php . This doesn't really matter to me because it works just fine but I know this is not normal. Where did I go wrong?
