Problems with PHP4

Hi, I got some problems with my IIS 5.0 (on a brand-new install of WIN2K less than one week old) After my reinstall last week of WIN2K I installed the php-4.0.3pl1-Win32 version which should be the newest. Well the problem is that the server after something like an hour or so comes with this error message when i run a .php script: PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 012A4CE6 The server goes completly in black and the first couple of times i can restart it with succes, after that there might go another hour or maybe a couple of hours before the same error comes again. After som restarts of the IIS I no longer can gain access to the Internet Information Services Manager. When I doubleclick on the link to it, the service simply doesn't start. Well I tried to install the version before of PHP4, which I never before have had problems with, but it makes the same error. Please help me..........
