PWS4 Port ?

1. How do change the PWS4 (win98) port to something else other than 80 ?
2. When viewing my site as http://localhost/folder/file.php all works okay, but
when i do http://www.mydomain.com/samefolder/samefile.php
i get permission errors.(dont have permisson to run the script)
... i have set the folder to have Read, Write and ScriptExecute access (bad i know, but just seeing
if it would help)... which allowed the localhost to start running PHP files, but not the
www.mydomain.com ones. What do I have to do ??!
