sending HTML file by email

For my email, I am using "Outlook".
I am able to receive HTML emails that are displayed like in a browser.
I wrote an Php file that can send an HTML file to my email address.
It works fine, but the file that I sent and received by email is not
displayed
as in a browser.
What is wrong ?
