In fact, it was $nome since the begining (I'm brazilian) :), I just
said it was $name cause I thought it would be easier to understand.
I edited php.ini and set track_vars to 'on' but it does not make
any difference. so I added that code to check the var and that's it :(
but I think that it used to be easier :) althought it's not so secure.
