Your error message:
>4)Error:Warning: Failed opening 'D:\InetPub\wwwroot\hello.php' for
inclusion
>(include_path='') in Unknown on line 0.
implies that IIS is configured to serve up files from D:...
however, your point:
>2)location: e:\inetpub\wwwroot\hello.php(IIS version4.0.
implies that your files are on drive E.
Either reconfigure IIS or move your files, and see what happens.
Cheers
