for what? i don't believe that this is the purpose of a webscripting

imo there's nothing which could do the job, you'll have to start write an
extension which abstracts the communication.
again i wonder how this should be usefull...
i'm pretty sure that you wont find anything related ever in php, but i might
be wrong :)
