I have found the solution for this problem and it is really silly.
The only thing one has to do is to make a batch file (.bat) which has the
program to be executed, included. Then put the following in your php
script.
<?php
$dum=popen("file.bat", 'r');
...
...
...
sleep(10); # where 10 is number of seconds to wait.
$res=pclose($dum);
?>
the number of seconds to wait depends on how long it takes to execute the
command in the batch file.
Incredably easy and silly programming. Thanks to all of you contributing
to this problem.
