Subject: [PHP-WIN] New to the scene
Howzit goin
Im new to the PHP scene and I have some questions about getting started. I
have a win ME box that I want to use for development. Is it possible to do
offline testing of your PHP files? What tools will I need to do so?
Thanks for any help.
