It's really part of PHP's C code - so there's not going to be much for documentation on it in php.net ;) Can you narrow down what line exactly is doing it? It's trying to allocate some 200+ megs of RAM, so look for things that would take up memory - ie, database queries, possibly large file uploads, etc. Also, the bugs database seems to suggest that mailing features of PHP may generate such an error. You need to narrow down the line that's causing the problem and we'll see what kind of information we can find related to that.
