well, it's pretty easy: you are trying to allocate in a variable, array, etc... 260 MB !!! Do
you have that amount of memory available in your web server?
If not, then you have the answer...
A piece of advise, I don't think anybody needs all that chunck at a time... use a better
algorithm if possible.
