Hi All:
Is there a way to disable ODBC support in PHP 4.0.4. I've been having
all kinds of trouble because I use Win 95 and Access 95, and since I
finally narrowed -I hope so- my problem to the Access Jet engine, I'm
switching to MySQL (that's not an easy task, I have a lot of time
invested in Access applications).
But to get PHP running as a Module again (trouble is mostly, but not
exclusive, with the apache module) I want to rid completly of the ODBC
support. If I remove Access from the server, will I disable ODBC
support? Or do I need to build a new PHP without ODBC (I really don't
know how to do this)?
BTW, anyone out there using Access 95, or am I the only caveman still
clinging to oldies?
Thanks,
Gonzalo.
