The base64_encode function under mod_PHP4.0.1win32 doesn't return the full
value.
I'm trying to run the gif2function script from http://www.skynet.ca/~pierre/
and under mod_PHP4.0.1win32, the value returned from base64_encode is
truncated.
Doesn't do it under CGI version of PHP3.0.16win32
