Hello,
I followed all the instructions that came with php4 binaries for windows
98/pws. And I repeated them a couple of times to make sure.
When I try to view a .php file in my browser I get this error:
"One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found. "
I installed all the dlls that came with the distribution.
Any help at all greatly appreciated
