$PHP_SELF and Apache and Win32 (strange values)

Hi,
I must have my apache configured incorrectly because I get the following.
PHP_SELF = /php3/php.exe/php/phpinfo.php3
SCRIPT_NAME = /php3/php.exe
Here are my setttings in my httpd.conf file.
ScriptAlias /php3/ "c:/program files/internet/Apache/modules/php/php3/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php3
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .phtml
Action application/x-httpd-php3 "/php3/php.exe"
Is this correct, why are the values of SCRIPT_NAME and PHP_SELF incorrect?
I have another webserver Xitami on the same machine and the values come out correct.
