I'm sorry but i've never tried to make my php working with this extensions because i don't have the oracle server and the MS server. The only thing that I can suggest you is to take the source file with the extensions (always source) and to recompile them. I know it's a tedious work but i think it's the only way you can skip the acces violation error (I THINK!!!!). With "working great" i mean that i can install the binaries version or compile the source version and i obtain the same result in speed and in performance. Since i don't have the necessity to obtain or compile other extension than MySQL, i have the base installation and once i have put it in my HD, set up the php.ini file, copied the necessary file in WINNT\SYSTEM32 dir i don't have to do anything else. Since i use php i've never tried to do an upload so i can't say you if it works or not. Now i'm doing the military service and i don't have so much time to dedicate to php, but if you're a little patient i can try it and tell you if it works. Let me know if i can help you in the limits of my capacities. (I have to use the mssql and oracle extension). Everytime I get "access violation" error when I start a php-file. Do you have any hints how to set up my server? Thanks in advance! I've never tried PHP with Apache web server but i've tried PHP 3.16 on W2K. I don't still use php with zend optimization. To make php works with w2k you just have to go to the http://www.php.net and then to the download section, choose your nearest mirror and download the php binaries. Put them into (hard-drive):\php4\ and then set the iis5 to make php work. U can find all the info in the readme file contained in the binaries release. For w95/98 i suggest u to take the same binaries for php and the apache web server instead of PWS. Read the apache docs and set it up.
