Need help DESPARATELY --- build php4

Please HELP HELP HELP .......... I followed the instruction from http://www.php.net/version4/win32build.php very closely and here are my problems. 1. By default, cygwin is placed into c:\cygnus NOT c:\program files\cygnus as indicated in section 3. 2. How do I set up the system variables in winNT so that I can let "the build process know by settting the Cygwin environment table". I tried to add a variable in system environment called cygwin and the value is c:\cygnus. I am not sure if this is right or not. 3. The bison.simple file is located in the ...\cygnus\cygwin-b20\share directory and NOT under ...\cygnus\share directory. When I tried to compile php4ts project to obtain a php.exe following the instruction, the error message said the c:\cygnus\share\bison.simple file does not exist. Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated. As I am now stuck and have no idea what to do.
