The php_ii_reg.inf only works if php is installed to
c:\. If it is dp the following
go into regedit and go to
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT > phpfile > shell > open > command
There should be a default key with the value
c:\php3\php.exe %1
change this to
c:\php3\php.exe -q %1
then reboot.
This should cure your problem.
In every version of php I've had the .inf file has -q
missing but in the manual it tells you to add it when
if you do the registry stuff yourself.
