Apache win32 w/PHP3 Compiled in the installer.

Does anyone have this floating around?
I know I can get a copy with php4 compiled, and that I did, but couldn't
get php4 to function and recognize my ini file, on win9x.
So, I know php3 runs fine on my machine, just some of the libraries don't
seem to want to run with pws, like crypt() and image related functions.
If there is a compiled version of apache w/php3 floating around
I would like to obtain a copy and see if I can't get it running.
If you have a win9x w/Apache PHP4 up and functioning properly
with no problems, I'd sure like to know what/how you got it running,
I really would like to...
