Looking for Libraries (extensions) for win9x

Okay, I have finally got PHP4 to work on win9x, using omniHTTPd at the moment, but it should function with Apache, etc.. found the problem with the php4ts.dll and those nasty crashes I was experiencing.. turns out that specifying a "doc root" in the ini, was causing it to crash. why has the option, if it's going to cause problems?? Anyway, I downloaded the extension libraries from http://download.swwwing.com/ But when I have them installed, and set in the ini file, PHP4 gives off an error on every last one of those libraries... saying the a device attached to the system is not found "0" Fatal Error. It gave that same error on Apache, on PWS, and even omniHTTPd. Anyone have any idea why/what/who on this???
