Re: Free Database for Windows?!

MySQL: 3.22.xx versions for win32 OS cost money. I guess it's $200. 3.23.xx versions were GPL'd couple of days ago, so you can get them for free. Both should be on http://www.mysql.com, however, they're currently redesigning the site. 3.23.20 is right now at http://download.sourceforge.net/mysql/ 3.22.xx can be found on mirrors that haven't been updated yet. Try http://www.mysql.cz/download.html PostgreSQL: http://www.postgresql.org/sites.html Then you have to get all you need. That's probably: * NT4.0 or maybe W2k * ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/NT_Support_Files/cygwin32_ipc-1.03.tar.gz * ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/v7.0.2/postgresql-7.0.2.tar.gz At 11:14 3.7.2000 -0300, Rudinei Dias wrote the following: -------------------------------------------------------------- >Hello to all. > >Would like to know where I get free database for windows? >I tried in the site of Postgresql and MySql but I didn't locate there. >Does it still exist versions of those databases for windows? > >Thanks. >[]'s > > Rudinei Pereira Dias > Centro Universitario La Salle > Analista de Sistemas do > Centro de Informática > Unidade de Sistemas de Informação > <adrudi@lasalle.tche.br> > > >-- >PHP Windows Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) >To unsubscribe, e-mail: php-windows-unsubscribe@lists.php.net >For additional commands, e-mail: php-windows-help@lists.php.net >To contact the list administrators, e-mail: php-list-admin@lists.php.net > ------end of quote------ ____________________________________________________________ Cynic: A member of a group of ancient Greek philosophers who taught that virtue constitutes happiness and that self control is the essential part of virtue. cynic@mail.cz ICQ: 2808 2505
