Okay, this one may also sound pretty ignorant..
I'm trying to figure out how to capture these PHP errors..
for example, in my code I use something like this:
if (!imap_blah()) {
echo "blah blah blah";
}
Now, IMHO, this should be delivered to the window, "IF" the function fails.
BUT, not only do I get the desired message, but in big bold letters across the top
of the screen I get the PHP "actual" error message...
and then again, across the bottom of the window, I get the same message in black
letters.
In short, PHP is giving me the error message twice...
Not really concerned about that, but I would like to capture the error message,
and not display it, even if the server's INI file is set to display the error message.
is there a php function for this? I know there is a function for mysql errors, mysql_error()..
Kind Regards
