You can use the Task Scheduler for PHP as well. In windows, PHP is ready to
run from the command line already. Simply run the php.exe and give your file
as a parameter.
c:\>C:\php\php.exe thisisthefileIwanttorun.php
The only thing to watch out for is that many of the nice environment
variables won't be present as they would have come from your server.
