BTW, there is another bug:

class myClass {
public $mine;
}
var_dump(property_exists('myClass', 'mine'));
var_dump(property_exists(new myClass, 'mine'));
?>
outputs:
bool(true)
bool(false)
If the property is initializated, both output true.
