Hi,
License updated and request for a PECL account sent.
Is the php-cvs account created with the PECL account?
I tried the cvs-php link but it said that my user id already exists.
About the windows version, i'll see to it next week and update the sources with the new
license and a text file with the install procedures.
Regards,
Rotsen

Your extension can be under other licenses. But if you use the PHP
License it is strongly recommended to distribute it through php.net
(as specified in the license itself).
As you already use the PHP 3.0 license, it should not be a problem to
update it to 3.01 and push it into pecl cvs :)

GPL and php license are incompatible. There is no issue with LGPL (we
have many extension which link to lgpl libraries). We have had bundled
lgpl libraries.

Using the same code on all platform can be a good thing (OS X, unix, win32).

It should be possible using a Makefile.frag, I have to check how it is
done in some other extensions.
As long as there is no objection, please request an account here:

and here for the CVS account:
