Make sure you're editing the php.ini mentioned at the top of phpinfo() and that you restart the
web server after making the change.

I am using PHP 5.5.12. I have tried to change the default upload_max_filesize from 2M to a larger
value. Regardless of what I try the value reported by phpinfo() remains 2M. I am targeting the
correct php.ini file. See attached php.ini file. The dev server in question is http://thewordsmith.system-ns.net/~freshsoftware/php/.
