And I have restarted the server. Becuase the server is a personal computer I even turn it off. I have tried to change the default upload_max_filesize from 2M to a larger value. Regardless of what I try the value reported by phpinfo() remains 2M. I am targeting the correct php.ini file. See attached php.ini file.
