I have tried to install through the installshield version as well as the manual zip file version 4.2.3 And print_r $_POST (as well as $_POST['var']) gives an empty array but $_GET works ! My php.ini is the default that came with the installation files. What more information do you need ? I did read all the problems related with POST, but they all suggest to get the latest version, so I have 4.2.3 ... when I use GET, it works fine(with a small problem) but when I use POST it doesn't ! Code: <form action="find.php" method="post"> Design Number: <input type="text" name="design"> <input type="submit"> </form> in find.php:- $input = $_POST["design"]; RESULT: Undefined index: design I am not accessing the var directly, so no problem related with globals ! The problem with GET is that if the size of total var's I am using to pass through Form is more than 50 char's , it gives garbled values in the URL ! Strange... Would be waiting for answers !!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=19365&edit=1
