Could it be anyway possible for you to try some more stable version of
gcc? Like some version starting with 3.2...

Can not reproduce..what compiler is this happening with?

1. Download PHP 4.3.2RC2
2. Uncompress
3. run configure witht he following flags
./configure --with-xml --with-zlib --with-gd=/usr/local
--with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local --with-png-dir=/usr/local
--with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-pgsql
4. Configure completes no problems no errors
5. make
7. I see this every so often...
cc1: warning: changing search order for system directory
"/usr/local/include"
cc1: warning: as it has already been specified as a non-system
directory
6. make: *** [libs/libphp4.bundle] Error 1
