I agree with Sterling.
I´m haven´t yet found the very good introduction to the "Mersenne
Twister" random number generator in ext/standard/rand.c. This
comment in revision 1.31 should IMHO moved into the documentation.
Why was it deleted, I can´t find it anymore.
