Oracle really need to get their act in order with respect to this.... a client install should
install alll the libraries and include files needed to link with other products
They should also rationalize their locations for include files - they cant seem to decide whether
"public/" or "demo/" is the place for them. I would have thought
"include/" would be the logical place !
All those Oracle users should raise bugs/ enhancement requests/ complaints about this - if we dont I
guess it wont change
