Eric,
Thanks for the tip!
I installed Sybase's ASE, and recompiled php3 & 4 with the sybase
option.
If you could spare the time, I was wondering if there were any further
configurations you could give me the heads up on, however, since when I
run the following:
<?php
$dbserver = '198.62.158.146';
$dbuser = 'sa';
$dbpass = 'my_pass';
$link = mssql_connect($dbserver, $dbuser, $dbpass)
or die("error");
?>
"error" will be printed.
I've also tried with other values for $dbserver such as the name of the
machine (local & external names). Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Sarah
