Dear Friends,
I have just started working on PHP, and am facing a strange problem, I tried
to run a small application : -
**********************
<html>
<form>
Please enter your user name :<br>
<input type=text name=name>
<input type=submit value="Submit Data">
</form>
<?
echo("Welcome ");
echo($name);
?>
</html>
**********************
Now, it echo's the line "Welcome " but $name never gets printed. Please try
to run this script on you system and see if you also get the same problem.
I will appriciate if anyone can help it out (I am using PHP 4.0 with
Microsoft Personal Web Server).
Best Regards,
