Then you downloaded the wrong copy of PHP. Download the larger zip version without the installer, which does have the php_dbase.dll extension.
The MySQL and ODBC support is only applicable for just those two database methods, and the dll file isn't needed only for those two DB types.

Matthew Yeah, but PHP 4.0 doesn't have php_dbase.dll and when I tried php3 php_dbase.dll I got another error. In php4 php.ini file (in c:\winnt) is written that MySQL and ODBC support is now built in, so no dll is needed for it. How to understand that?
