I'd like to see php as close to Javadoc as possible, because the format
has become very famous. Many C++ coders and the KDE team are using the
Javadoc. Javadoc wouldn't be enough for php coders. For example php does
nopt know access modifiers, nevertheless each method if a php class is
intended to be used in a certain way. Therefor I prefer [2].
I'll think of a DTD and write again when there's a first attempt.
