Well Hartmut, I made the initial request and I think this topic has to be discussed in a broad way before we pass it to the documentation team to work on the details. I'm quite sure far more people are subscribed on the php4beta and php-dev list, eighter as silent readers or as real developers and code contributors. Before we pass the subject to the documentation team we should even discuss it on the user list. Nevertheless this list was a good starting point. I got some good hints that help me to work together with my colleagues on an initial "feature request". This will be posted on the user list and I'll finally carry the result to the doc list.
