Operating system: Redhat Linux 6.0
PHP version: 4.0 Beta 4 Patch Level 1
PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: apachectl restart segfaults
Using apache 1.3.12 on Red Hat Linux 6.0 with php beta 4 patch level 1 built in as a module,
apachectl restart or killall -HUP httpd causes the apache daemon to segfault. If the apache daemon
is stopped with apachectl stop and then restarted a few seconds later with apachectl start, this
problem is not encountered. This is not using the Redhat distribution but compiled from source.
