Yes I checked all these lowered the MaxClients down etc... The issue is that it
only shows up under 4.0.0, RC2 is fine. I always backup my module before an
install so I can switch back if needed I can switch between the two pretty easy
and the 4.0.0 modules sends apache through the roof RC2 does not.
